Our Townhome
3172 Yellow Lantana Lane is a modern, funky, updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with a private enclosed pool surrounded by a stone deck. One master suite is on the first floor, while the second floor has a master suite and two additional bedrooms with two beds in each. A fully appointed kitchen, a living room with twin leather couches and large TV and in-suite washer and dryer complete the spacious unit.
CLC Encantada
Encantada is a stunning resort community located in the Four Corners area of Florida. This safe, gated resort is situated 3000 feet off Route 192 and is the perfect place for a quite respite. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a concierge desk, computer stations, exercise room, game room, meeting space and a pub with drinks and freshly prepared food.
More to Know
Behind the clubhouse are two heated pools, two hot spas, ample space for sunning and relaxing and a fun playground. Plus, planned children's activities keep the young ones busy.
All this is 5 miles from Disney World. You can drive to the Disney World gates toll free in 15 minutes or take the daily scheduled shuttle from the resort.

Close and Far
Our end unit is a 60 second walk to the Clubhouse, yet is far enough off the main entry for peace and quiet. Encantada is far enough away from the noise and traffic to allow for daily recharging, yet minutes to ample shopping, entertainment and dining options.
